GYMNASTICS Parties IN DRONFIELD

A DGA birthday party is a great way to celebrate your special day. Our party packages can be tailored to your wants and needs however typically include 90 minutes in the gym with two of our expert coaches and 30 minutes in the party room for food and further celebrations afterwards. Our standard parties cost £200 for up to 24 children (more children can be added at extra cost). We do not provide food, however we have a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your own. You may also want to bring your own cake, party bags and decorations as these are not provided by the club. DGA parties are typically available on Sundays however on occasion we may be able to hold them on other days. For more information or to book a date please get in touch using the form below.

Gymnastics birthday parties are fun for all ages and abilities! Children do not need any previous experience in order to enjoy the event and partygoers will get to experience a whole range of equipment and activities in a safe and
fun environment.

Times/Days
Our birthday parties are held on Sunday’s 3-5pm. In order to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your preferred date well in advance.

Prices and Payment
Our parties are £200 for up to 24 children which includes 90minutes of exclusive use of the gym and all of our equipment with two British Gymnastics qualified coaches followed by 30minutes in our party room for food and further celebrations. A deposit of £50 must be paid in order to secure your date and full payment must be made
7days prior to your event. All payments must be made to the following account clearly stating the birthday child’s
name followed by ‘party’ as a reference:

Party content
We tailor the session to the age and ability of the participants and try and accommodate any requests but typically use a mix of games, coaching and free play. We have a sound system for you to provide your own music/playlist or you can use one of ours. We have a viewing gallery and café where parents/guardians can stay and watch if they wish or they are welcome to just drop off and collect. We will allow time for there to be a group photo opportunity, in the gym, to capture the occasion with you and your guests. As long as your guests are all happy, you are also welcome to take photos and videos throughout the session. We do not provide party bags, cakes or decorations but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

We do not provide food however our party room includes a kitchen area with basic provisions such as a fridge, sink, microwave, toaster and kettle for you to bring your own. Some ideas that people have used are a buffet, pre made lunchboxes or a takeaway such as Dominos or McDonalds Happy Meals. Don’t forget paper plates/cups/cutlery/napkins if required.

Additional info
We ask that all of the children are over the age of 5yrs and are able to participate independently. Younger children and children with additional needs can be accommodated, with the support of an additional adult, upon request.
For safety reasons, all participants will need to wear sports clothes such as shorts/leggings/jogging bottoms and a t-shirt or a leotard if they have one, have bare feet, remove any jewellery and have long hair tied back. As the party is of a physical nature, we recommend that each child brings a drink in a sports bottle.

No parents/guardians, except for the party organisers, are permitted in the gym. Any adults wishing to remain on site during the event will need to use our café/viewing gallery upstairs. We kindly ask that the party room is tied after use and all rubbish is put in the bins provided.

Further Information
You will not have access to the gym or party room prior to 3pm as we will have classes in progress. Please wait with your guests in our viewing gallery/café until collected by your party host. There will not be any access back into the gym following the children eating.
